Financial Dashboard

Case: A typical organisation in a production industry. The financial data is stored in a database. Every quarter the Finance Department receives from IT a report with all the Financial Data from the current year. The CFO uses this report for its analysis. However the report is limited, a quick comparision between years is difficult as he needs to switch between different reports.

Solution: A Financial dashboard which is updated on a predefined shedule. This dashboard shows in one view the Financial status of the company in comparison to the Forecast and to past 3 years.

Key Indicators from Income Statement (e.g. Revenue, EBITDA, EBIT) and Balance Sheet (e.g. Solvency, Return on Equity and Total Assets, Quick Ratio and Current Ratio) are displayed. A what-if analyses is possible on the Key Indicators of the Income Statement.

Dashboard is bilangual (English and Dutch).

This dashboard was developed for Ensior, the dashboard can be viewed from its website after leaving your name and email address.
